About us
We are nine Brussels beer lovers, who took the mash paddle into their own hands back in 2016. Just a stone's throw away from the royal palace and smack in the middle of the fascinating Brussels Canal Zone, we dove into a Laeken cellar armed with four elements: malt, water, hops, and yeast. There we encountered a fifth: an intoxicating passion that has known no rest ever since.
